PastaMania has long been a go-to destination for Italian cuisine, and its outlet at One Galle Face is no exception. Offering a vast menu featuring everything from pasta and pizza to gelato, the choices can be overwhelming, but rest assured, every dish promises an authentic taste of Italy. It is one of my favorite restaurant.
PastaMania has a modern look like most restaurants at One Galle Face, but its Italian-themed decor makes it stand out. One side of the restaurant features a cute design that looks like an old Italian shop, giving it a special feel. The restaurant is roomy, with an upper floor, so it’s comfortable even during busy times. The air-conditioned space and stylish interior make the atmosphere relaxed but classy.
Service at PastaMania is commendable. The staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating, ensuring that orders arrive at the table swiftly. Their attentiveness adds to the overall pleasant dining experience, making guests feel welcome.
If you love bold flavors, PastaMania has some excellent options. The Paprika Wings feature crispy fried chicken wings tossed in a special blend of lime and paprika, delivering a perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavors. Another must-try is the Honey Garlic Chicken, which consists of deep-fried chicken bites coated in a rich, homemade honey garlic sauce that provides a delightful mix of sweetness and savoriness.
For pasta lovers with a penchant for spice, the Spicy Chicken Pasta is a winner. This dish combines tender chicken and fresh broccoli, all tossed in a robust and fiery tomato herb sauce. The heat level is just right, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a kick in their meals.
For pizza lovers, the Large Meat Lovers is a must-try. Topped with an assortment of chicken, sausages, and beef pepperoni, this pizza delivers a harmonious blend of flavors. The cheese was generously layered, adding to the indulgence. However, the beef pepperoni was slightly over-crisped, diminishing its rich flavor slightly. Despite this minor drawback, the pizza was satisfying and flavorful.
To accompany our meal, we tried the Quenchers, which come in four refreshing flavors: Rosehip & Strawberry, Passion Berry, Minty Apple, and Passion Peach. Each drink offers a unique burst of fruity flavors, complementing the rich and savory Italian dishes perfectly. Whether you prefer a tangy, sweet, or refreshing taste, these Quenchers are a great addition to your meal.
PastaMania at One Galle Face is a fantastic spot for those craving authentic Italian flavors. The diverse menu, high-quality ingredients, and welcoming ambiance make it a great choice for a casual yet refined dining experience. While the pricing is on the premium side, the exceptional food and service justify the cost.
